Tennessee native Chris Young lived an individual dream become a reality when he made his debut headlining his hometown digs– Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena– Saturday night (Sept. 22). And while the vocalist was undeniably pumped up for the entire sold-out show, things increased to a fevered pitch when he was signed up with on stage by none other than Brad Paisley. The pair collaborated for a spirited duet of Paisley’s 2007 hit, “I’m Still a Guy,” and their trading off of the comical verses plainly delighted the audience.Paisley took to social media to reveal his happiness at becoming part of his friend’s special night headlining the arena:”That feller right there is among the finest individuals to ever make music in Nashville,”he observed.” And he knocked it out of the park tonight! I’m so proud to be your buddy and thanks for letting me belong of it.”The date became part of Young’s 2018 Losing Sleep Trip, and it’s one he’s been considering for a long time. As he informed Taste of Nation last month: “That show is certainly going to be right up there in regards to one of my greatest career accomplishments. Even when we reserved it, I was considering exactly what it was going to look like.”
Fans likely agree things are looking excellent all around. The tour extends all the way through Dec. 8, and Young is signed up with on the trek by openers Dan + Shay, Morgan Evansand Dee Jay Silver, and his Nashville show on Saturday also consisted of
